Postgraduate in Administration of Health Services

 

Resolution CTF-181-2011 – Approval Date December 23, 2011.

The postgraduate course is designed to improve the functioning of the Health Services sector, by training people committed to the country and aware that the achievement of collective goals depends on the quality of implementation and implementation of public policies proposals for the sector. It offers students an adequate structure of modern management concepts and techniques to manage organizations and processes, and also to control and produce effective changes in their organizations.

Profile of the graduate

Lead changes in the organizational culture of health institutions.

Direct the legal, financial, administrative and operational regulations within the National Health System.

Promote competitiveness for the improvement of health services, integrating high performance teams, analyze the characteristics of the environment and respond to the needs of users.

Advise senior management of health institutions in making decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the provision of services.
